 We, Zemerick Software, Inc., are a privately owned company located in beautiful southern West Virginia. Our
company was founded in 1999. We are a Better Business Bureau accredited business. We specialize in instant message monitoring and control
software for home users,
businesses, and police agencies.
Our services include
Chat Watch.NET,
a service that lets users
view their chat logs in real-time from anywhere in the world, and
SaferSpace.NET,
a service that lets parents automatically monitor the content of users' MySpace
profiles.
The sloth is our mascot, regardless of the number of toes. Our continuing goal is

Some History
In 2001, we released the first version of the Chat Watch software that lets parents
monitor and record their children's instant messaging. Since then, Chat Watch has
become the de facto instant message logging software. Starting in 2006, we received
a significant amount of interest in Chat Watch from members of law enforcement.
They were interested in Chat Watch as a way to record instant messages for their
investigations. While Chat Watch would do the job, it was tailored for parents,
not police officers. So we went to work and created Chat Watch SPEAR Edition - the
first ever instant message logging software for law enforcement.

Yes, it is all completely free! We know that a lot of law enforcement agencies are
on tight budgets. Some are more concerned with paying officers' salaries than investing
in software to help with investigations, and rightly so. To make our software more
widely available, it is available to members of law enforcement agencies at absolutely
no charge.
